1. How long can I keep the Cocktails and Hard Seltzers for?

Our Cocktails and Hard Seltzers are made freshly upon each order. To enjoy its best quality, please keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.

Psst! Enjoy it over ice for an even better experience!


2. How long can I keep the Liqueurs for?

Our Liqueurs are made freshly upon each order. To enjoy its best quality, please keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 6 months. Shake well before consumption. Natural sediments occurrences are normal.


3. I have allergies! Are your products safe to consume?

Our products are prepared in an environment where nuts, diary, eggs and pollen are also being processed.

Please be aware that it may contain trace amounts of all of the above.

1. Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately no :(

We currently deliver locally, within Singapore's Main Island and Sentosa.


2. When will my order be delivered?

Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days.


3. How will my order be shipped?

We are not partnered with any 3rd Party Logistics at the moment.

Delivery will be made by our very own #teamVelixir !


4. What if there is no one at home to receive the order?

We will contact you for your preferred choice of where we can leave the package (e.g. In riser, on shoe rack, by the door etc.)

Thereafter, an image will be sent to you as proof of delivery.

We will not be responsible for any loss of items thereafter.


5. How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is FREE with a $69 minimum purchase! Otherwise, a flat rate of $10 island wide delivery charge will be applied.


6. Can I opt for self collection?

Absolutely! Please indicate your preferred shipping method as "Pick Up" during your check out.



1. Can I modify/ cancel my order once the payment is made?

Yes, kindly inform us of the changes/ cancellations within 3 hours upon ordering.

Otherwise, orders cannot be modified and a cancellation fee of 20% of your order applies.


2. Can I get a refund on my order?

No refunds will be provided as these are perishable goods.
